Description
Toonstruck is a point-and-click adventure in the style of Monkey Island. It uses a one-icon system, and the protagonist is a motion-captured actor against an animated environment.
Like an adventure game in the Roger Rabbit style. Drew Blanc, the main character, is played by Christopher Lloyd, whom you may know as the professor in Back to the Future and Fester in The Addams Family movies. He ventures through the animated world consisting of very weird cartoon characters. The land is being overrun by an evil doctor, and you, as Drew, must stop him.

Review
★★★★★

I’m not sure if I can say enough good things about this game, but I’m going to start doing these reviews more using a rubric, so here we go:

Graphics: The animated style was great and the integration of live action and animation worked very will in the title. This game feels almost ahead of its time from a graphic perspective. 5/5

Story/Acting: The story is interesting and intriguing, though obviously far fetched and wacky. Other than Ben Stein, the acting as fantastic. 4.5/5

Puzzle/Gameplay: The puzzle were, for the most past, logical and easy to understand once you had all of the pieces. While I did need to use a few hints, I never feel like any puzzle was moon logic or unsolvable without hints. The game interface was minimal and worked well. 5/5

Music/Sound: The sound was cartoony and the music was decent. 4/5

Personal Slant: I enjoyed this game and would put it on my top 10 games. I would recommend this game to anyone looking for a comedic point-and-click adventure game. 5/5
